Will I be charged customs for my order?
- An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is assessed by your local customs office and, therefore, is not in our control.
- Customs policies vary for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases before placing an order at pur store.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us with your order number, please help us out by doing the following three things:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper in Germany. Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Why has my order been cancelled right after I placed it?
- In order to prevent fraudulent transactions, our store does not accept orders that appear to be from credit cards that may have been stolen or used without permission.
- If you believe that your order has been mistakenly cancelled by our system, we recommend verifying the correct details on file with the card/account you are attempting to use before placing the order again.
When will I get my order?
It takes 3–7 working days to fulfill an order. Afterwards, it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
I received my order but a few items are missing! Where is the rest of my order?
- Your orders may be shipped in multiple packages as our merchandise is created with a print-on-demand partner. These items are often fulfilled at different facilities which results in separate shipments.
- Please refer to the packing slip included in the shipment to verify that everything intended for that shipment has been included. If you still find that an item from your order is missing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Where will my order ship from?
Will my package have Ohlala branding on it?
The return address on the label will be from Ohlala, but we do not include any logos or Ohlala branding on our mailing packages.
What’s your return policy?
- If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
- We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse or shipping-related delays.
- Due to sanitary reasons, all hats and hair accessories are final-sale and ineligible for return.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, your order number and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. However, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
